My one swim activity today was 500m in 9:10. Now, I'm by no means a fast swimmer. I'm actually pretty slow. The point of this is not speed. It is motivation. I dropped the kids off at school, needed to get a swim in but had only 35 minutes between dropping the kids off and needing to be in the gym for work.
