This month CNN, CBS News & Roku all launched a new FAST Channel. There are about 2,000 FAST Channels in the U.S. with more than 100 million viewers and growing.

CNN Max will also have several programs from the flagship channel, including "Anderson Cooper 360," "Amanpour," "The Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer" and "The Lead With Jake Tapper." ...

CNN Fast is set up as a curated channel of short-form videos that will feature international stories across major news events, business, entertainment, sport and the environment.

The endeavor is hardly CNN’s first foray into streaming. CNN+, an expensive streaming-only channel, was shut down within weeks after Warner Bros. and Discovery merged in April 2022.
