(CNN) -- Iran on Monday told the International Atomic Energy Agency to remove its surveillance cameras and other equipment from its nuclear sites by mid-February, the U.N. nuclear watchdog said.

CNN's Bill Schneider notes in the mid-1990's a similar anti-incumbent sentiment helped Republicans seize control of Congress, but now that they are in the majority this mood is likely to hurt them.

CNN posted steep viewer losses during the month of February, slipping 21% in primetime and 16% overall, according to Nielsen Media Research.

Veteran CBS White House correspondent John Roberts, snubbed by his network during the long search for Dan Rather's successor, has jumped to CNN.
